About this Event

Ever wanted a secret wall of space blasters in your home?
Ever needed a really cool costume piece to complete your space-pants (or space-shorts) outfit?
Ever thought "if only I had a film ready SpaceBlaster prop right now?"

We've got you covered!

Join one of our award winning artists and prop makers as he takes you through the steps of transforming a plastic toy into a amazing, movie screen and display ready prop SpaceBlaster! This is a hands on workshop for all skill levels, absolutely no art making, crafting or building experience is necessary.

(This is a class for kids of all ages with their parents or other adult guardians, for our 18+ Adult SpaceBlaster Workshop, go here.)

All the SpaceBlastin' details:

  • Learn to properly prep your piece so it doesn't fall apart later
  • Select your color scheme and assemble your accesories to make your SpaceBlaster as unique as your own style
  • Get to crafting and painting with your kids as your instructor guides you through all of the steps for a final piece
  • While the base coat dries, parents and kids will learn how to identify the many space blaster parts hidden in your own home! Learn how you can assemble your own awesome props, from trash to treasure, just like the pros!
  • Finish off your piece with a few fun touches, and you're ready to go SpaceBlastin!

And don't worry parents, we arent leaving you out. You'll get to build your very own SpaceBlaster as well!

All materials are included, you need only bring yourself. We will provide some snacks and beverages, but you are also welcome to bring your own food or drink to enjoy. A great activity to learn and have fun.
