About this Event
By 4pm on Saturday, June 27, you'll walk out of this workshop with a finished social media strategy package for your own organization. Not a worksheet. Not a list of ideas. Five real, polished deliverables that includes a social strategy deck, a detailed content strategy document, a 6-month content calendar, an executive summary deck, and a custom Claude skill that packages it all for your team.
Hiring an agency to build this scope of work costs $25,000 to $45,000 over six to eight weeks. A senior freelance strategist runs $12,000 to $20,000 over three to four weeks. Building it in-house consumes a senior marketer for over a month while other work stalls. This workshop replaces all of that with a single working day, using Claude to do in hours what teams spend weeks on without sacrificing the depth or rigor of the output.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
1. A 30+ slide social media strategy deck — branded with your company's colors, typography, and visual identity. Mission, market analysis, SWOT, six social objectives with KRs and KPIs, five named personas, four content pillars, channel strategy.
2. A 20+ page operational content strategy document — pillar mix percentages with reasoning, format mix, posting times, the six-post event ramp, funnel logic, campaign architecture, voice rules, capacity prioritization.
3. A 6-month content calendar — every post for the next six months, mapped to events, pillars, and platforms. Audited against your locked strategy so the execution actually matches what the strategy says.
4. A content strategy summary deck — a 10-slide executive summary for presenting the strategy to leadership without making them read the 20-page operational doc.
5. A custom Claude skill — packages everything above into a .zip your team installs in their own Claude, instantly giving everyone a Claude that already knows your brand, strategy, and calendar.
HOW THE DAY WORKS
Five sequential prompts, run against your own real work, with two audit passes built in to keep the strategy and calendar internally consistent.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Built for marketers who own real work inside a company:
• In-house marketers — social media managers, content marketers, marketing coordinators, brand managers who own social and content at their company
• Marketing directors and heads of marketing — leaders building or rebuilding their organization's social and content strategy
• Founders and operators wearing the marketing hat — startups, small businesses, and companies without a dedicated marketing team
• Agency-side marketers — welcome too, especially if you want to compress the strategy phase for client work
WHAT TO BRING
1. A real organization in mind — your employer, your own business, or any real organization you have permission to work on
2. The organization's annual goals and events — one document with measurable goals for the year (with numbers) plus a calendar of all campaigns, programs, or events with dates
3. The organization's website URL — Claude will read it for brand colors and typography
And a Claude Max 5x subscription ($100/month, month-to-month). This is required, not optional. Claude's $20/month Pro plan will not work for this workshop. Pro's session limits will cut you off mid-afternoon while you're building a deck or running an audit, and there's no way to recover the lost time. Max 5x removes that risk. Upgrade the day before the workshop, then downgrade back to Pro the day after if you don't want to keep it.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
I'm Yury Bencomo, founder of Practical AI. I've spent ten years in marketing building strategy, running campaigns, and helping teams ship work they're proud of. For the last few years, I've been obsessed with one question: what happens when AI actually becomes part of how a marketing team operates?
The answer, it turns out, is that most teams are stuck somewhere between "we should use AI more" and "we have no idea how to use it well." So I started building the missing layer which included the systems, prompts, and Claude skills that turn AI from a curiosity into the most useful tool on the team.
I've delivered over 200 trainings and workshops on marketing and AI to marketers, startups, and tech companies. Now I build the systems directly.
