About this Event
Build a buzzing ‘brain–gut’ circuit in this fun hands-on workshop that shows how scientists can create artificial paths to mimic the signals travelling from the gut to the brain. After a short live demo, children will have the opportunity to build and experiment with simple electronic circuits that come alive with lights and sounds, helping them explore how bacteria, bioelectronics and the nervous system all work together to keep us healthy. A playful, tactile way to see how biology and technology connect inside us.
Please note that at busy times, visitors may need to wait for the activity, and we reserve the right to pause entry temporarily if maximum room capacity is reached.
