Two Saturdays! April 11th + 18th | 11am - 2pmAre you a bird nerd like we are over here? You’re gonna love this one - especially with migration right around the corner!
In this 2 day workshop guests will be constructing a birdhouse from clay slabs. During the first class we’ll be designing and building our houses with texture and patterns to create sweet little details on this three dimensional tiny home. This is an instructed build, and meant for a real bird to nest in. We will have a list of local birds to talk about, and dimensions that specific birds look for to build their homes and feel comfortable.
During the second class you’ll be hand painting your creations with a combination of glazes for a piece that is truly one of a kind. We’ll also take into consideration colors that may entice your bird to come cozy up in the new home that you’ve created.
