Join Registered Dietitian Elizabeth and award-winning personal trainer Tara De Leon for a powerful, evidence-based workshop designed to help you fuel and train your brain for long-term health.

What You’ll Experience


A Multi-Dimensional Self-Assessment

You’ll complete a Brain Health Self-Assessment Wheel to evaluate six areas of brain health. You see exactly where you’re thriving and where you can level up. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to prioritize.


The Brain-Building Workout Experience

Tara will lead a dynamic, research-backed workout focused on:

    •    Coordination drills that stimulate neuroplasticity

    •    Cross-body movements that light up your brain

    •    Strength exercises that support long-term brain health
