Buggy Walk (North)

Meet us at Lemon Tree Family Hub!

This is a fun, outdoor social activity working on general fitness and wellbeing using the buggy/pram. babies need to be secured in the buggy/pram throughout the session for safety.

This session is suitable during pregnancy whenever you feel ready up to your due date and after your 6-8 week post-natal check up.
