Buggy Fitness offers parents and carers a chance to connect with each other, and with nature, before the zoo opens.Led by fully qualified PureGym instructors, each session begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by a fast-paced walk through the zoo. You’ll pause along the way for short bursts of dynamic movement, before finishing with a calming cool down.
It’s designed for parents and carers with children in buggies. There's no pressure, no rush, just time to stretch your legs, feel the fresh air on your face, and connect with others on the same path.
