Bug Day Activities Include:
Bring Your Coolest Bug Contest: We're calling all bug enthusiasts to showcase their creepy crawlies. Whether you've got a spine-chilling spider, a colossal cockroach, or a downright bizarre beetle, bring it on! We'll be awarding prizes for the most unique, biggest, and scariest bugs!
Bug Exhibit: Get up close and personal with a variety of creepy crawlies!
Ladybug Launch: Help us release a swarm of lucky ladybugs into the garden! These beneficial beetles are natural predators of garden pests, and their arrival will bring a touch of luck and beauty to your yard. Ladybugs will be released at noon, so come on by!
Mask Up for Fun: Unleash your inner insect with our mask-making station. Craft your favorite bug persona, be it a spiky-legged spider or a majestic monarch butterfly.
Be Your Favorite Bug: Join one of our expert face painters to become your best bug self!
Bug Out with Crafts: Design your own bug magnets! Choose from a variety of bug prints and create a bubbly buggy magnet. You can also release your creativity at our coloring station. We'll have bug-themed coloring pages for all ages, perfect for sparking imaginations and learning about different insect varieties.
Corndoggies food truck will be serving up some tasty meals at Bug Day!
