Move, connect, and expand—together.Back for its third year—this workshop has been such a joy to share, and each time it’s brought beautiful moments of connection, laughter, and discovery.
I’m so excited to open the space again.
An invitation to step onto the mat with someone you share a bond with—a friend, a partner, a family member—and explore what becomes possible when you move side by side.
Through shared movement, we’ll support each other into deeper spaces, soften into long-held stretches, and discover a sense of ease that unfolds through trust. We’ll also explore partnered breath—finding rhythm together, tuning into each other, and allowing the breath to guide connection beyond words.
There will be moments to lean, to hold, to balance… and moments to laugh, play, and not take it all too seriously🤸♂️
And of course we will complete our time together with a long luxurious Yoga Nidra practice 😌
