About this Event
Our normal understanding of the mind is that it’s like a camera, perceiving and recording the world. The Buddhist point of view is that the mind is more like a projector, creating the world we experience. In this class, we will learn how our mind operates and use that knowledge to create a better life.
Everyone is welcome. No meditation experience is necessary.
Free for members / $12 for non-members
