The intention behind Shamanic Sounding and Trance is to gather people together and harness group energy to achieve bliss trance state through focus on human sounding. No instruments are required. We will engage in various techniques including presencing with our higher selves, bioenergetic shaking to open all energy centers, breathwork, humming, chanting, spontaneous movement, primal animal channeling, and the full spectrum of emotional release through the encouragement of human sounding and vibration of our own bodies.
We will celebrate our aliveness with the sounds of our bodies.
We will focus mostly on the low vibrational sounds although spontaneous sounds are encouraged and welcome!
Participants may bring simple tenor/bass toned acoustic instruments such as drums or didgeridoos for the latter half of the workshop.
We end with grounding and integration with essential oils and sharing of our transmissions.
This is an experimental gathering. All those with open minds who like to enter bliss realms and embodied trance state as a spiritual practice are encouraged to join in. I believe in the power of community and group energy to enter bliss states that connect with our life force energy, higher selves and cosmic source.
*Feel free to bring a small hand drum, shaker, didgeridoo, or other low sounding instrument for the latter half of the event*
