Hosted by our in-house wine specialist, this relaxed yet refined tasting will guide you through a curated selection of fizz — from crisp and vibrant to rich and complex. Discover the craft behind every bottle, explore different styles and production methods, and learn what makes each glass distinct.

Each sparkling pour will be thoughtfully matched with dishes created by our Fuego chefs, designed to complement and elevate the flavours in your glass. Expect an engaging, sociable evening filled with discovery — and plenty of sparkle.
