✨ After a short summer break we are now ready to kick off season n. 2 of Vulkana Supper Club ✨We will start with an event in collaboration with Bottarga Boreale and one of their first Italian customers, chef Eugenio Boer from Restaurant Bu:r (Milan).
Half Italian and half Dutch, Eugenio's cuisine have always been characterized by contaminations both from his mixed heritage and his travels. The advent of the pandemic brought a new awareness and desire of a deeper connection to his Italian lineage.??
Today, together with his wife Carlotta, they serve a menu using 100% locally sourced ingredients, intending to showcase some of Italy’s favorite traditional dishes while at the same time supporting small producers where "Tradition is real innovation" ?
For this Vulkana Supper Club, they will present a menu focused on some of the most classic flavors of the Italian tradition, twisted and spiced up with products from Bottarga Boreale and other Nordic suppliers!?? ??

? The event will start at 6:30 PM on Sunday the 28th of June. The venue will be open until midnight, with full running spa facilities for the guests to enjoy after the meal.
? A full tasting menu will be served, and wine pairing and use of Vulkana spa facilities are included in the booking price.
