The Behaviour Support and Practice Quality (BSPQ) unit is proud to present the 2026 Behaviour Support Forum for BSPs and BSP Leaders. This full-day professional development event is part of our commitment to strengthening the disability sector by supporting Behaviour Support Practitioners in developing and implementing effective Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs).
Who Should Attend:
This forum is for NDIS-registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners and PBS Team Leaders.
The forum will explore the theme of Effective PBSP Implementation through engaging presentations and discussions led by industry experts, including:
- Dr Melanie Johnston, Consultant Psychiatrist and Senior Lecturer at the Queensland Centre of Excellence in Intellectual Disability and Autism Health, presenting on Psychosocial Disability and Intellectual Disability.
- Chelsea Troutman, BCBA and Clinical and Managing Director at Elements ABC, delivering an in-depth session on Complex Clients and PBS.
- Chris Booker, Director BSPQ, delivering a keynote on An Introduction to Understanding Decision Making Capacity.
