About this Event
Itinerary (subject to slight changes)
- Meet at 7:30am at the designated location. Location will be disclosed when payment is made
- Greetings: 7:30am - 7:45am
- Stretch and warm up 7:45am - 8am
- Start adventure at 8am
- Finish adventure and back by cars by 12noon
- Drive to indoor venue for Fun, Food, Barbeque, Games, Music, Networking and more (There will be water, soft drinks, jollof rice and chicken, fresh barbeque bites)
- Fun ends at 5pm so you can leave or hang around for more fun
Cancellation policy
If for any reason you will no longer be able to make it, we will send back your payment to you. If you cancel within 1 week before the trip, we may not be able to refund as we would have incurred cost on your behalf. The latest time to cancel and potentially get any refund is on Wednesday the 2nd of November.
Transportation
Kindly drive yourself to the meeting point. If you do not have a car, we will make every effort to pair you up with someone from your city who you can do carshare with and you’ll need to pay them £5 towards their fuel cost. Pairing you up is not guaranteed so if we cannot pair you up, we will refund your money.
If you drive, we will pair non car owners with you to kindly bring to the meeting point. Thank you for being an awesome human!
Packing List
1. Please wear waterproof boot. You can take more relaxed footwear in your bag for our chill after the hike
2. Depending on the weather on the day, come with a light or thick waterproof jacket and waterproof trousers
3. Just for a different look later, you can bring a change of cloth to switch up your vibe from adventure to vibes.
4. Please bring snacks/fruits and water for the adventure (we have made arrangements for food when we are chilling)
5. Fully charged phone and power bank to capture your experience
6. Sunshades just in case we get lucky with the weather! ?
Note
On Friday, the 4th of November, we will review the weather for our meet up day and if it is too poor for us to go for our adventure, we will simply have our indoor vibe instead and change meet up time which will all be communicated.
