Handonthebar presents Little Red Riding Hood, a unique theatre performance at Howell Theatre, Brunel University.
This original production offers a dark and thought-provoking twist on the classic children’s fairy tale. What begins as a familiar story gradually turns into a powerful modern narrative exploring themes of child safety, exploitation, and the realities young people may face in today’s world. Through the use of puppetry, physical theatre, and immersive storytelling, the performance places the audience in a child’s perspective to highlight an important social message.
Created by Brunel University theatre student Evan Rossington, this production blends traditional storytelling with experimental performance to create an emotional and impactful experience.
