Join us for a mid-day luncheon to celebrate the release of The New Farmers Almanac Vol. 7 featuring sea songs with Brian Dewan and Bennett Konesni and lunch by chef Evan Mallet.

In a kind of replica of the future, we are co-hosting a book party onboard the Gundalow Piscataqua, a recreation of a historic flat bottom river barge at the lovely Prescott Park in Portsmouth, NH.

Make a day of it, enjoy historic house museums and bustling downtown Portsmouth, with a destination literary lunch on board with nautical songs performed by Brian Dewan, a sing along with Bennett Konseni, and an Almanac Vol. 7 reading from Maine orchardist Douglas W. Milliken, with introductions and remarks by Patrick Kiley, managing editor of the new Almanac, and Severine Welcome, publisher and Greenhorns founder and director.

This event is created in collaboration with The Gundalow Company, a nonprofit organization working to protect the Piscataqua Regionโ€™s maritime heritage and environment through education and action. Please note that this is a dockside event with no sailing included.

The gangs all here, come join us!
