Description: Breakfast may be the most important part of the day, but brunch is the most fun! Join us in covering all things brunch, including a hassle-free menu to host your own brunch party.

What You’ll Learn: Together we’ll discuss smart shortcuts and prepping ahead to streamline and simplify your brunch bash. We’ll serve up an Overnight French Toast Bakes, Black Pepper and Maple Bacon for a crowd. No brunch is complete without fun drinks; we’ll set up a build-your-own Mocktail/Mimosa bar that’s sure to be a hit.

Our Mission: Let our cooking classes inspire you. Work with our chef/instructor to learn how to prepare delicious recipes, hone essential techniques, and put some "heart" back into cooking. All levels of experience welcome! We offer private classes, private parties, and a bounty of niche gourmet food and beverage products! NOTICE about cooking classes:

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
• You will work with other students.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
• You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• No refunds on classes, but feel free to gift a friend or family member.
• Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
• All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.

If you have a food allergy, please check with us before registering for a class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made.

Whenever possible we utilize HAM SWEET FARM located in Williamston, MI, a short drive from the capital of Lansing. They offer a variety of products, including the lamb and poultry raised on their farm, as well as meat from other partner farms and fisheries.
