The 'bRUNch Club' #trailtherapy runs are regular Thursday morning runs on the trails of the National Forest. They are a great way to improve your fitness, de-stress and have fun in wonderful surroundings. Distances are around 7-8km (4-5 miles) so are great for anyone who has completed a parkrun and/or couch to 5k programme and are looking to progress to the next level. Being led by our UK Athletics licensed coaches/run leaders, they provide an opportunity for you to pick their brains on all aspects of your training.
For this week's run meet in the car park at Ferrers Centre, Staunton Harold, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, LE65 1RU ready to head out on the run at 9:45am.
We cater for all paces but we recommend that you are capable of running 5km (3 miles) continuously on flat terrain to join the running group.
The cost is £4 for an individual run or £3.50 for a 10 run plan (which can be used to book runs on the weeks you are able to come).
