About this Event
Start your day off right in a crash course led by our wine specialist in Italian-inspired drinks that would be enjoyed at brunch. Representing different regions of Italy, these beverages are refreshing and paired to enjoy for warmer days to come. Guests will sample three Italian-inspired brunch beverages along with complementary antipasti, during this guided tasting hosted by our Wine Expert in our wine shop.

- Limoncello Spritz
- Aperol Spritz
When you arrive, please check in outside of La Scuola (near the Wine Department on the second floor of Eataly Chicago).

• Please note, class includes a guided tasting and is not hands-on.
• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Check-in starts 10 minutes before the start of class.
• Duration is approximate at 30 minutes and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
