Browne Art , founded by New York curator Jovian Browne, opens a contemporary gallery on the third floor of Station House at 260 1st Avenue South in downtown St. Petersburg’s Museum District.
The inaugural exhibition, entitled , showcases paintings by Italian-American artist Francesco Agresti.
This exhibition of expressive abstract paintings reflects the artist’s meditations on coastal light and seagrasses from their time in South Florida, alongside a deeply psychological investigation into emotion, memory, and sensation.
Join the opening reception on March 12 from 5-8 pm.
