The Brown Girls Learn Scholarship Fund (BGLSF) Empowerment Weekend is a multi-day leadership and community impact experience designed to celebrate, support, and invest in young women pursuing higher education and personal growth. This signature event brings together scholarship recipients, community leaders, partners, families, and supporters for a transformative weekend centered on empowerment, education, wellness, and legacy building.

Empowerment Weekend blends celebration with purpose. The experience includes dynamic programming such as the Tea & Tiaras Leadership Experience for young girls, the “Fit for a Cause” wellness event promoting holistic health and scholarship fundraising, intergenerational Fireside Chat conversations with women leaders, and the culminating Scholarship Brunch & Awards Ceremony, where recipients are honored and recognized.
