Focus: Reclaiming the wisdom inside strong emotion.
Many of us were taught that anger makes us dangerous and fear makes us weak.
But both emotions are sacred messengers — they protect what we love and reveal where we’ve been hurt.
This session is about learning to meet those feelings without shame.
We’ll use breathwork, movement, and dialogue to move from reactivity to presence, and discover the strength that comes from allowing our hearts to stay open — even in the fire.
Theme: Emotional integrity — owning anger and fear without letting them control us.
