In this session, Brothers will participate in conversations around self-awareness, resilience, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Exploring how understanding our identity, life stages, trauma, and systemic oppression can shape our mental well-being.
Guest speaker Jeff Boyd will share insights and tools to support personal growth, reflection, and mental wellness. With a mix of warm welcome, honest conversation, and practical grounding, this session sets the tone for a powerful year of transformation and brotherhood.
