Brookside Master Annual Spring Yard Sale

If you are a Resident of the Brookside Community, you may sign up today to reserve 1 of only 60 spots at the Brookside Master Clubhouse parking lot. Setup begin at 6:00am and all spaces must be cleared by 1:00pm on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

NOTE : The yard sale does not extend to Nelson Park. This is a City of Stockton park and commercial activity is not permitted. Anyone who sets up in Nelson Park may be subject to eviction from the park, and/or fines.

By signing up using this link, you are requesting (1) spot for the yard sale and agree to the following terms.

• A current 2025 Resident Information Form must be on file with Management.
• You understand only residents of Brookside may register as a seller at this event.
• Homemade Food and Beverages are not permitted to be sold at this event.
• You understand that you may only set up for the Yard Sale in your designated spot and that the location of the spot will be determined the day of the Yard Sale by a member of Staff.
• You understand that spaces are limited to (1) spot per Brookside Household.
• You understand that you must clean up all debris left in your space.
• You understand that any items left unattended for pick-up will not be collected and you may be billed for clean-up services by the Association.
• Your reservation can only be confirmed by Management; Management will confirm the request within 72 hours of the submittal. If a confirmation email is not received, your reservation is not considered confirmed.

Info: Access to the space prior to 6:00am is NOT permitted. Each confirmed registered resident will be assigned a parking space (approximately 10ft x 15ft). You may only set up in your assigned space. When you arrive, you will need to provide photo ID along with your printed registration ticket. You will be able to drive in, promptly unload your items from your vehicle, and then remove any vehicles from the parking lot quickly so that other sellers can unload.

Info: All items must be completely removed from your space, by 1pm. Any debris or items left in the space after 1pm, will result in a fee for clean up services, as well as an invitation to hearing.
