Join us for an exclusive gathering at the Brooks Trailhead, the ultimate hub for runners! Partnering with Experience Momentum, this event is tailor-made for running enthusiasts looking to take their performance to the next level.

Join Experience Momentum's Registered Dietitian Nicole Thelan, Physical Therapist Kelsey Peabody, and Massage Therapist Lauren Howell in a presentation on how to properly fuel, increase mobility, and manage aches and pains for your next run! Nicole will dive into the specifics of fueling for various distances and events, hydration tips, and what type of fuel to consume before, during, and after the run. Kelsey will discuss how to properly prime and activate your body before running so that you can increase speed and power while reducing your risk of injury. Lauren will talk about the benefits of massage therapy as you gear up for your next race. Whether you are getting to run your next marathon or are new to running, this presentation will help you meet your goals.

We will start the night with a group run around Seattle (3 miles), followed by drinks and snacks, and the presentation by Nicole, Kelsey, and Lauren.
