About this Event
Join us for a morning of movement and community! We’ll kick things off with a guided pre-run warm-up led by instructors from CorePower Yoga and TruFusion, followed by a 1–2 mile group run. After the run, we’ll wind down with a yoga session to close out the event.
Guests will also have the opportunity to demo the Brooks Glycerin Flex during the run. Designed for enhanced flexibility and dynamic control, the Glycerin Flex is engineered to feel like an extension of your body. Its FlexZone™ technology features a uniquely sculpted, segmented midsole that promotes better ground feel and smoother, more natural movement.
Doors will open at 7:50 AM, and guests will be checked in upon arrival. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible. Light refreshments will be provided during and after the event.
We will wrap up promptly at 10:00 AM as the store opens.
Street parking is readily available nearby, and we will have a designated area to store personal belongings during the event.
