Bronson Arm is a 2pc Noise Rock band hailing from Kalamazoo, MI.
Featuring Blake Bickel on baritone guitar/vocals and Garrett Yates on drums, the duo delivers a stripped down and percussive dissonance that refuses to be ignored. Exploring dark rhythmic tensions and erratic mood shifts in an anxiety laden landscape, Bronson Arm's quickly evolving body of work effortlessly meanders from slow burning dirges to spasmodic jolting bangers. As the band briefly dips their toes into elements of no-wave, noise rock and punk... you might hear hints of artists like Metz, Big Business, Fugazi and Sonic Youth.
Following the release of their Self-Titled LP on Learning Curve Records in 2024, Bronson Arm extensively toured the Midwest - played featured spots at PugFest (Ferndale, MI), Caterwaul Fest (Minneapolis), PRF BBQ (Chicago) - and shared the stage with KEN Mode, Part Chimp, WHORES, and Oxbow. Ultimately selling out the first pressing of their S/T record in under a year. 2025 sees Bronson Arm releasing their follow up LP with Learning Curve Records spring of 2025, supporting that release with a series of Midwest runs, touring the East Coast with Bedtime Magic in the summer, and releasing a series of singles and EPs in the summer and fall.

From basements to breweries, festivals to forums, the French Irish Coalition has brought their brand of high energy rock'n'roll anywhere they can. Howling slide guitar, thundering drums, they came from the working-class dregs and it forged their sound past and present. Part blues, part punk, it is a coalition in and of itself.
