On the inside, the building still contains many of the fixtures and fittings from the time of closure in 2009. The eerie cells, mortuary, hospital equipment and other decaying remains make Bron-Y-Garth like a time capsule, giving visitors a glimpse into its past.
Bron-Y-Garth is not for the faint hearted. It is thought to be one of the most haunted building in Wales.
The building has a long history of death, torment and suffering from those who stayed here and the reports of paranormal activity do not disappoint.
There have been a range of reports from disembodied voices, feelings of being touched, slamming of doors, footsteps, apparitions and the laughter of children to name a few.
There is no one-point of interest for paranormal activity in Bron, the whole building is thought to be very active!
