Presented once again in partnership with the lovely people at Tŷ Newydd Writing Centre…..Immerse yourself in your yoga practice in the lovely surroundings of Tŷ Newydd Writing Centre in the charming village of Llanystumdwy on the banks of the river Dwyfor.
As well as a total of seven yoga, pranayama and meditation sessions, there will be free time to explore the local area: walk along the banks of the Dwyfor, take a dip in Cardigan Bay from Cricieth’s beautiful beaches or maybe even take a trip a secret swimming spot in Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park – we can point you in the right direction.
Accommodation is at Tŷ Newydd Writing Centre. Sessions take place in Llanystumdwy’s village hall, a short stroll down a leafy lane.
This weekend retreat is suitable for all levels, including absolute beginners.
