Broker Responsibility #08858-RENE- April 22nd

This course addresses the regulatory aspects of managing and operating a Texas brokerage firm, as well as providing supervision for the licensees employed within. This includes provisions from The Real Estate License Act and the TREC Rules. We’ll review the Roles of the Delegated Supervisors & Teams, Ensuring Competency & Training for Agents, Practical Application Related to Required Documentation, Additional Broker Responsibility & TREC Enforcement & Broker Responsibility. Important: Sales Agents under regular CE requirements must complete the 6-hour Broker Responsibility course if they have been made Supervisor by their broker.
