Forgotten Forms highlights underused and often overlooked disclosures like lead-based paint, radon, mold, consumer brochures and more. The focus is about why these forms exist and how they protect the public.

Upon completion of this course, students will:

By the end of this class, participants will:

1. Recognize at least two disclosures, forms, or brochures that often go overlooked in real estate transactions.

2. Explain each form’s purpose to your clients—clearly and confidently—in under five minutes.

3. Complete and review these forms in a legally compliant way, knowing when only the seller should fill them out and when it’s appropriate for you, as the agent, to step in and assist.
