About this Event
Join SCoMBA to help repair sections of Broken Wheel (Breck)! It is really coming along nicely! There is work to be done for all levels of trailwork experience - from raking and covering the trail corridor to make a narrow trail to building wooden features.
Please consider carpooling or riding your bike to the trailhead off of Boreas Pass Road due to limited parking available there. The safety meeting and trail work review and instructions will be done at the lower trailhead at the bottom of Broken Wheel at 9am. This can be accessed by following Indiana Creek Road until you reach the SCoMBA trailer.
Prepare for a long day. Please wear closed-toed, sturdy shoes appropriate for trail work. Pack with you to bring on trail: water, lunch/snacks, sunscreen, rain layer, sunglasses, Medic*tion and anything else that is going to make your trail work better!
SCoMBA will provide tools, helmets, gloves and some water at the trailhead. Light snacks & drinks provided.
