Join VHNZ Cuisine for a hands-on cooking workshop featuring Broken Rice with Grilled Pork Chop, Shredded Pork Skin & Egg Meatloaf (Cơm tấm sườn, bì, chả trứng) — one of southern Vietnam’s most loved comfort dishes.In this session, you’ll learn how to prepare each key component: marinated grilled pork chop, fragrant shredded pork skin, soft savoury egg meatloaf, and perfectly cooked broken rice. We’ll also share the cultural story behind cơm tấm and why this humble dish holds such a special place in Vietnamese everyday life.
This is a relaxed, community-led workshop where you’ll cook together, learn traditional techniques, and enjoy a shared meal at the end. No prior cooking experience needed — just curiosity and an appetite.
To help keep these classes sustainable and support ongoing community activities, there will be an additional $10 contribution per class.
This helps cover:

• The ability to continue running and expanding community workshops
