Come lay back and observe the Broken Lemons Playwriting Group at Uplifted Winery on Wed. January 21st from 6:30-8:30pm as their current plays are being workshopped with a small group of actors, a director, and the playwrights themselves for their upcoming showcase on February 13th.
A local playwriting group from the Black Hills Community Theatre, the Broken Lemons meet every other Wednesday night to read each other's works, offer feedback, and even work towards playwriting contest submissions. Anyone is welcome to listen and observe, read as an actor, or bring their own works to the group! Since the Lemons are currently working on their upcoming showcase, their next regular meeting will be February 18th. Until then, feel free to stop in and observe this collaborative, workshopping process right here at Uplifted on January 21st!
