A "follow-me" role model is a leader who inspires and guides others through their own positive actions, behavior, and example. Rather than simply telling people what to do, this type of role model leads by doing, inviting others to follow the path they have laid out. The "follow-me" phrase emphasizes that the individual is worthy of imitation and respect due to their admirable qualities and integrity. Understanding that Firefighters are in fact role models, plus why wouldn't you want to ride in a big red truck???
