Don’t bin it—fix it! Join the Broadclyst Environment Group for a morning dedicated to sustainability. Our skilled volunteers are here to help you breathe new life into your broken items, reducing waste and saving you money.
🛠️ Repair Café Details:
What to Bring: One item per person. If you know a specific spare part is needed (like a specific zip or component), please bring it with you.
What we can help with: Small electricals, Apple tech advice, hand/machine sewing, simple jewellery repairs, toys, kids' bikes, and gardening/tool advice.
Note: We cannot repair items containing lithium polymer batteries or offer tool sharpening.
🧹 Community Litter Pick:
Help us keep Westclyst tidy! We will also be hosting a community litter pick at the Repair Café, starting at 10:30 AM. Meet us at the school to grab your gear and join in.
☕ Refreshments & Community:
Relax with a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of homemade cake (including GF and vegan options) while you wait for a repair or after you've finished the litter pick.
💰 Cost:
Entry is free! We welcome a voluntary donation of £5 for refreshments or repairs to help keep these community events running and cover our costs.
