The BAS National Show is one of the largest and most prestigious alpaca shows in the world, with over 500 alpacas in the Halter Show, the winners of regional shows competing in the Champion of Champions Fleece Show and the Fibre Zone showcasing alpaca products. For 2026 we are at the Staffordshire County Showground for the second time – we were wonderfully well looked after in 2025 and looking forward to an even better event this year.We are delighted to have four world class judges working in pairs to judge the Halter Show – BAS Judges Nick Harrington-Smith and Roger Clarke and AAA Judges Jude Anderson and Natasha Clark. Nick will also be judging the Champion of Champions Fleece Show.
All BAS members are warmly invited to exhibit at the show or to visit over the weekend for this fabulous event with fellow alpaca owners and enthusiasts. We also welcome visitors from around the world and the local community to experience the shows, meet some of the best alpacas in the UK and enjoy the social occasion
