Born in Hungary in 2002, Orsi began her bartending journey at just 18 years old. At 20, she moved abroad to study at International Bartender School in Greece before continuing her career through Denmark and Barcelona, refining her craft in a range of cocktail bars across Europe. In 2023, she joined the internationally acclaimed Britannia Bar in Trondheim, quickly becoming the youngest core member of the award-winning team thanks to her personality, dedication, and technical precision behind the bar.
Located inside the historic Britannia Hotel in Trondheim, Britannia Bar has become one of Norway’s most celebrated cocktail destinations. Inspired by the great classic hotel bars of London, the bar is known for its elegant atmosphere, sophisticated service, and creative cocktails rooted in storytelling and local inspiration under the direction of Executive Bar Manager Øyvind Lindgjerdet.
