15m there and back in fastest time. Max time 60 seconds. If don’t make a full length in time a measurement will be taken.
Sandbag medley ( Shoulder / Shoulder / platform) bags placed at 15/10/5m from platform Run out to 15m bag shoulder , then back to platform. Run out to 10 and repeat. On return from 10m bag pick up last bag and load onto platform from 5M distance . 64- 60/60/80 73- 80/80/100 82-80/100/100
