Over his 20+ year journey across aerospace, remote sensing, environmental monitoring, and automation, Dr Dmitry Bratanov - a Senior Research Engineer at QUT - has witnessed, and possibly even helped shape, the evolution of modern geospatial systems. His talk will take us through this transformation from early sensing platforms all the way to advanced 3D modelling, robotics, and next‑generation geospatial analytics and hopefully entertaining and even uplifting insights.
