Alice Obuobi, MD MBA
Dr. Alice Obuobi, MD, MBA, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics specializing in neonatology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. As an Inclusion and Equity Ambassador, Dr. Obuobi advocates for diversity in healthcare. Her educational background includes an MBA from Rice University, medical training and fellowship at John H. Stroger Hospital in Chicago, and an MBChB from the University of Ghana Medical School.

Ashley Randolph, founder of Glo Preemies and co-founder of the Alliance for Black NICU Families, fiercely advocates for NICU families and healthcare equity. A three-time NICU parent, her experiences drive her work, making her a respected voice and award-winning advocate. As chair of the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative’s Health Equity Taskforce and a board member of multiple organizations, she advances equity in neonatal care. Randolph's compassionate leadership and lived experiences make her a powerful influence for change in healthcare.
