The perinatal period, spanning pregnancy through your baby’s first year, brings profound physical, emotional, and relational changes. Research shows that couples often experience increased stress during this time—and for new parents, these challenges can be intensified by unique cultural, social, and economic factors.
Well-Mamas Counseling’s Ebony Pannell, AMFT, will present a 6-part workshop series designed to support you and your partner as you navigate this transformative stage together. Using evidence-based practices, each session will help you strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, and build a resilient, supportive partnership that thrives through the perinatal period and beyond.
