This workshop is all about discovering the magic of Yin Yoga together, with long holds, deep stretches, and plenty of moments to just… breathe.
You and your friend will learn why Yin yoga is different from your usual yoga flow class, how it gently works your connective tissues, and why staying still can actually feel amazing.
This is not partner yoga but instead together, you’ll move through a playful, beginner-friendly sequence, try out cozy props, and end with a blissful rest that might just make you both delight in how relaxed you feel.
No experience needed, just bring your sense of curiosity.
