CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
- FC Bootcamp: Full body workouts that are scaleable to ALL fitness levels. Mix of strength and cardio with different formats daily
-CrossFit: Fun, challenging classes where you will lift weights, learn new movements and challenge yourself! Scaleable to any level, just come willing to learn and try!
- Bodybuilding: Strength Training. Focused weightlifting movements to help you build muscle mass and increase strength. Slower paced class style, appropriate for beginners and advanced weightlifters.
-Barbell: Learn and improve your technique in olympic lifting. Focused around the main lifts of snatches and clean&jerks, this class works through drills and lifts to improve skill and strength.
-Spin & Strength: A combination of cycling and strength movements to give you a good cardio session while working your whole body.
