Joining us for BRIK?Prepare for our Strong in 6 BRIK boot camp session by attending our orientation "open house" on Friday, April 17th between 5:30 and 6:30pm, at our Sparks location (4854 Sparks Blvd Ste 102, Sparks, NV 89436)! Get your "Before" measurements taken and chat with your Head Coach about all things BRIK!
Wanting to workout? There is a 4:30pm 1-hour long Lift workout before Orientation!

**If you are only attending the orientation, you are welcome to stop by anytime between 5:30 and 6:30pm. Our intention is to get you measured and set up for success quickly.**
Be sure to sign up for either or both at tinyurl.com/KaiaSierraSchedule (or under the Sparks location of the free "Kaia FIT Corp" app from your app store).
THIS WILL BE A ROLLING EVENT in which you can come and get your measurements taken, meet some of the coaches, ask any questions, and more!

*Our optional BRIK Bingo is returning! Ask Coach Melanie any questions you have regarding your quest to complete at least one row OR a blackout!
*Meet some of your coaches!
*Talk about goal setting!
*In-person measurements will be available during Orientations. If you can not attend today's Orientation, there are more this weekend! However, we also will provide everyone with directions and a how-to video to get measured at home if necessary in our BRIK Welcome email.
