Doors open at 5.30pm and the meeting will start promptly at 6pm.

Brigstowe's AGM is an opportunity for all those who use our services, support, fund or partner with us to hear about the work we’ve been doing and our plans for the future.

To start there will be a brief section of formal business to assist the ongoing management of the Charity and an overview of the year.

Following the formal business we will be hosting a panel discussion exploring what it means to be living with HIV and maintaining a good quality of life. We will have a mixed panel of lived experience individuals and expert professionals. During this there will be a Q&A where attendees will be invited to pose questions to the panel.

During the event there will be time for refreshments, snacks and networking. Our thanks go to our hosts, DAC Beachcroft, who are kindly providing the venue and refreshments. We will be finishing at 8.30pm.

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible
