This February 14th, Bridge Between Bodies invites you to an evening of togetherness, care, and connection. We all know that this day can come with a lot of pressure, and sometimes the deepest connection we want is with a close friend or family member rather than a romantic partner. For this reason, the event is open to couples of both romantic and non-romantic connection.
Held in the intimate setting of Love Woodland, Lochwinnoch, the evening will unfold in three parts with facilitators Daniel Gronan, Aer_bodywork and the Wee Wild Sauna.
We will begin with a gentle yoga and breathwork session led by Daniel, grounding us in the body, supporting you towards embodied presence through awareness of movement, breath and sensation.
This will be followed by a partner-based bodywork practice led by Anders (aer_bodywork), where you will work with the person you arrive with, learning how to hold one another, create space for healing, and deepen into your relationship with care and attention.
The evening will close with shared time in the Wee Wild Sauna, including the option of a cold river plunge and live music from Dan and Anders, offering space to integrate the experience together. Food and refreshments will be served so you leave feeling nourished in body, heart, and mind.
Tickets are £160 per pair and include all activities and food.
Love Woodland is around 25 minutes by train from Glasgow Central to Lochwinnoch Station, or a 30-minute drive. Station collection can be arranged in advance.
We look forward to welcoming you. Come and connect together this February.
