A swim bike and run to practice for the upcoming season. Wear what you will use during a race and practice the process. Use your nutrition to make sure your stomach can handle it.Meet in the carpark at the Point England Reserve.
High tide at 6:35am perfect for a swim.
Ride along Riverside Ave, Dunkirk Road and back along the cycleway.
Followed by a short out and back run.
20 minute swim, 90minute ride, 10-20 minute run followed by a Q&A session
Swim start at 7:30am (20 minutes)
Ride starts at 8am (90 minutes)
Run starts at 9:30am (20 minutes)
Morning tea 9:50am
Coffee and tea in the van afterwards. Bring some nibbles to share.
