On the second Wednesday of each month, the Brewery District CURC organizes a monthly meeting for anyone interested in neighborhood activities. These meetings are always FREE and change location from month to month, but are usually in or nearby the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. There is usually a brief presentation by the host site or someone from a local business about their latest project and there is also an opportunity for anyone in attendance to make announcements or ask questions about neighborhood related issues.

Contrast OTR is a new, upscale apartment community bringing 276 studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes to the heart of Cincinnati’s Brewery District. The community blends modern design with historic neighborhood character, featuring premium finishes, skyline views, and secured parking. Residents enjoy a full suite of amenities, including a rooftop terrace with outdoor dining and lounge areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resident lounge, and coworking spaces.

The first phase is now open and actively leasing, with full project completion anticipated in early 2026. We look forward to welcoming the neighborhood to explore Contrast and learn more about this exciting addition to Over-the-Rhine.
There will be a short presentation/Q&A by the host, followed by some neighborhood announcements, and an opportunity to check out the new facility.
